About the Journal

Islamic Management: Journal of Islamic Educational Management is a scholarly journal published by the Islamic Educational Management Study Program, College of Tarbiyah Sciences (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah) Al-Hikmah Bumi Agung, Way Kanan. This journal serves as a platform for the publication and dissemination of research findings, conceptual studies, and best practices in the field of Islamic educational management.

The journal facilitates the exchange of ideas and the latest findings related to planning, organizing, leadership, supervision, and innovation within Islamic educational institutions, both formal and non formal. Its primary focus is on developing high quality, accountable, and globally competitive Islamic educational management systems while remaining firmly grounded in Islamic principles (sharia values) and local cultural contexts.

Islamic Management: Journal of Islamic Educational Management is published (April and September), operates under an open-access policy, and accepts manuscripts in Indonesian and English from academics, practitioners, researchers, and scholars of Islamic education worldwide.
