Islamic Management: Journal of Islamic Educational Management is a scholarly journal published by the Islamic Educational Management Study Program, College of Tarbiyah Sciences (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah) Al-Hikmah Bumi Agung, Way Kanan. The journal serves as a platform for the publication and dissemination of research findings, conceptual studies, and best practices in the field of Islamic educational management.

The journal facilitates the exchange of ideas and the latest scholarly findings in the areas of educational planning, organizing, leadership, supervision, and innovation within Islamic educational institutions, both formal and non formal. Its primary focus is on developing high quality, accountable, and globally competitive Islamic educational management systems while remaining firmly grounded in Islamic values and local cultural traditions.
